    You do not need to be licensed before reaching out. We are happy to talk through the licensing process with you and help you understand what lines of authority make sense for the market you want to serve. That said, most agents who join us are already licensed and looking to expand their carrier access or move away from a captive arrangement.

  • How does the Integrity Partner affiliation affect my commissions?

    Commission structures vary by carrier and product line. We do not publish specific terms on this page — that conversation happens during your discovery call, where we can walk through what your current book looks like and what the move to JEMS would mean for your income. There is no obligation to that conversation.

  • How do I become a Medicare insurance agent in Illinois?

    To sell Medicare products in Illinois, you need an active Illinois Life and Health insurance license and must complete annual AHIP certification. From there, you contract with carriers directly — or through an FMO like JEMS, which streamlines that contracting process considerably.   • Is this a W-2 position or independent contractor?
